How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item(s) at customer_service@usfsashop.com.

All returns must include all original hangtags on the garments in order to be eligible for return.  Any damage/modification to the product caused by the customer will void any possibilities for returning the products.

Special Order items are non-refundable.  Verification of Special Order items will be sent via email from USFSASHOP.COM to customer and vise-versa prior to shipping of Special Order items.  Special Orders include any order that is not completed in its entirety at the USFSASHOP.COM.

Errors in shipment by USFSASHOP.com will be fully reimbursed to the customer.  Reimbursement includes the order cost according to USFSASHOP.com and return shipping.  Return shipment will be either 1)  A prepaid USPS box that USFSASHOP.com sends to customer for mail or 2)  UPS sticker and box for customer to mail to usagymstore.com.  Order amount will not be reimbursed until product is received back at our warehouse(es).  Please contact customer service at customer_service@usfsashop.com to receive details on returning.  USFSASHOP.COM MUST RECEIVE CONTACT FOR A RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT IN ORDER TO RETURN THE PRODUCT.  

Returns by customers for any other reason will be reimbursed the order amount minus the cost of original shipping including return shipping.  Reimbursement will happen only after receipt of product.  Please contact customer_service@usfsashop.com for correct return procedures.
